Preventative Air-Condition Program
Units serviced during the first 3 months of the year. Cost €40.00 per unit. Service includes: anti-bacterial spray, anti-odor spray, R2, cleaning of filters and of unit.
PEST CONTROL PROGRAM
Environmentally friendly pest control materials. Follow up visits issuance of certificate of completion. Price annually as per estimate.
