Preventative Air-Condition Program
Units serviced during the first 3 months of the year. Cost £27.00 per unit. Service includes: anti-bacterial spray, anti-odor spray, R2, cleaning of filters and of unit.
PEST CONTROL PROGRAM
Environmentally friendly pest control materials. Follow up visits issuance of certificate of completion. Price annually as per estimate.

Home Security
Daily unscheduled visits, inspection of property daily during absence.

Septic Tank Cleaning and Manhole Greasing and Care
Emptying of septic tanks, greasing of manhole covers and repainting - once annually £ 95.00

Custom made programs - daily, weekly, monthly, upon request, arrivals and departures. Laundry service for members. Please call for details.

Inspections by our engineer and chief maintenance.
