The home inspection report is based on a visual examination by our chief engineer, of all accessible components of your house.

Our report is very easy to read and will describe the condition of the house at the time of the inspection, comments on the need for repairs, maintenance, or further evaluation by structure engineer will also be attached as well as estimates for repairs where needed.

Our inspection report will include:
Grounds, exterior, foundation, roof, plumbing, heating, a/c, electrical, interior, garage, kitchen, bathrooms, poolpump room, pool walls, and garden irrigation systems

Charges: Inspection twice annually — homes: as per estimate
Apartments annually — as per estimate.
